These Terms of Service govern access to sleybodysuit.com and all purchases of clothing products from Hong Kong Xinghe Int’l Limited. By accessing sleybodysuit.com, creating an account, or placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms. If the customer does not agree, the customer must not use sleybodysuit.com or place an order.

Eligibility and Account Responsibility

The customer must be of legal age to form a binding contract. The customer must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order. The customer is responsible for all activity under the customer’s account and for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials. The customer must notify Hong Kong Xinghe Int’l Limited at [email protected] upon discovering unauthorized account use.

Orders and Acceptance

All orders placed on sleybodysuit.com are offers to purchase clothing products. Hong Kong Xinghe Int’l Limited may accept or decline any order at the discretion of Hong Kong Xinghe Int’l Limited. An order is accepted only when Hong Kong Xinghe Int’l Limited sends an order confirmation. Hong Kong Xinghe Int’l Limited may cancel an order due to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms. If an order is cancelled after payment, Hong Kong Xinghe Int’l Limited will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Pricing and Payment

Prices for clothing products are displayed on sleybodysuit.com at the time of purchase. The customer must pay product prices, shipping charges, and applicable taxes shown at checkout. Payment must be completed before order processing begins. Hong Kong Xinghe Int’l Limited may change prices before an order is accepted. The customer is responsible for currency conversion fees, bank fees, and payment provider fees.

Shipping and Delivery

Hong Kong Xinghe Int’l Limited ships clothing products to addresses provided by the customer at checkout. The customer must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Shipping timelines are displayed at checkout. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. The customer must inspect all items upon receipt.

Returns and Refunds

A strict 14 days no-reason refund policy applies to clothing products purchased on sleybodysuit.com. The customer may request a refund for any reason within 14 days of receiving the clothing product. The customer must contact Hong Kong Xinghe Int’l Limited at [email protected] within 14 days of receipt to request a refund and obtain return instructions. Items must be returned unworn, unused, and with original tags and packaging. The customer bears return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. Refund processing and arrival to the customer’s account takes at least 14 days from the date Hong Kong Xinghe Int’l Limited approves the refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Requests submitted after 14 days from receipt are not eligible for a refund.

PayPal Refund Timing

PayPal refunds take at least 14 days from the date Hong Kong Xinghe Int’l Limited approves the refund. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. Hong Kong Xinghe Int’l Limited does not control PayPal processing times. The customer must direct PayPal account questions to PayPal.

Damaged or Defective Items

Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. The customer must contact Hong Kong Xinghe Int’l Limited at [email protected] within exactly 7 days of receipt. The customer must provide the order number, a description of the damage or defect, and photographs of the item and packaging. Hong Kong Xinghe Int’l Limited will review the claim. Approved claims receive a replacement or a refund. Claims submitted after exactly 7 days from receipt are not accepted.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

The customer must contact Hong Kong Xinghe Int’l Limited at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. A chargeback may delay refund processing. Hong Kong Xinghe Int’l Limited may submit order records, delivery confirmation, and communication records to the payment provider to respond to a chargeback.

Intellectual Property

All text, images, graphics, logos, and software on sleybodysuit.com are owned by Hong Kong Xinghe Int’l Limited or licensors of Hong Kong Xinghe Int’l Limited. The customer may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, sell, or exploit any content from sleybodysuit.com without prior written permission from Hong Kong Xinghe Int’l Limited.

Acceptable Use

The customer must not use sleybodysuit.com for unlawful purposes. The customer must not commit fraud, misrepresent identity, scrape data, introduce malicious code, interfere with site operations, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems. Hong Kong Xinghe Int’l Limited may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Hong Kong Xinghe Int’l Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of sleybodysuit.com or purchase of clothing products. The total liability of Hong Kong Xinghe Int’l Limited for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under Hong Kong law.

Indemnification

The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hong Kong Xinghe Int’l Limited from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from the customer’s breach of these Terms or misuse of sleybodysuit.com.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Hong Kong law. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or from use of sleybodysuit.com.

Changes to These Terms

Hong Kong Xinghe Int’l Limited may update these Terms at any time. The customer’s continued use of sleybodysuit.com after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The customer must review these Terms before each purchase.
